The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

4.3 Payment Policy

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). 5bat does not charge any additional transaction fees, however your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, 5bat reserves the right to temporarily hold it for review.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be used for withdrawal.

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. To become eligible for withdrawal, you must wager a total of (৳2,000 + ৳2,000) × 10 = ৳40,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds will be withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple accounts from the same household, device or IP address claim a bonus, all of them will be cancelled.
• 5bat reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
